Offer and Negotiation

I will review the details of the property and the market with you to present the appropriate offer. Your offer contract may include elements such as the purchase price, deposit amounts, loan specifications, and your desired closing date. I will act as your contract expert and continue negotiations until an agreement is reached. You will also provide an updated pre-approval letter with your offer to inform the seller of your ability to complete the transaction.

Although I will explain the terms in detail, be sure to personally review all contracts and familiarize yourself with any changes made to the offer. Once your offer is accepted, you will be on your way to becoming a homeowner, with my support at every step. You will also work with a real estate broker who will oversee the contract, review inspection items and submit any necessary requests, and assist with all documentation to ensure a successful closing.

At this crucial stage, I am committed to protecting your interests. It is essential to me that you feel satisfied and well informed about every detail. I will be by your side for the final steps, ensuring that everything matches what was agreed upon. And of course, during the visit to the notary, I will be present to support you, making sure everything proceeds as planned and answering any questions you may have.

    Financial pre-approval gives you a clear picture of your budget, making it easier to find homes you can afford. It also reinforces your credibility with sellers, increasing your chances of having your offers accepted.

  2. Personalized real estate alert

    This real estate alert notifies you as soon as a property matching your search criteria comes on the market, keeping you informed of relevant new listings without the need for constant searches. An efficient way to save time!

  3. Sharing property information

    When you purchase your property, you'll receive all the official documents that transfer ownership from the seller to the buyer: certificate of location, title deed, inspection report.

  4. Visits

    You'll be accompanied by me to explore the property, inspect the interior and exterior spaces, and assess whether it meets your needs and criteria.

  5. Promise to purchase and negotiation

    Following negotiation and acceptance, we will proceed to draft the promise to purchase: an official document detailing the terms and conditions of the offer, including the proposed price, closing dates and any other specific conditions, then submitted to the seller. Once again, here to support you every step of the way!

  6. Inspection & financing

    A certified inspector will examine the home to identify any problems or defects, and then provide a detailed report so you can make informed decisions about the transaction. Your financial institution will then confirm your creditworthiness.

  7. Notary

    The notary will ensure that all legal documents are properly prepared and signed, and will oversee the closing of the sale, making sure that all funds are properly distributed and that title deeds are legally transferred.

  8. Post-purchase support

    I will ensure your satisfaction by providing you with the support you need for any questions or concerns you may have.
